Hair Transplant Scar Shaved Head

Do I have to shave my head or not? pictures included?

I was thinking about doing hair transplant, but it cost 12 zł 000, and if I get a transplant I could not shave my head again because of scarring. I think it was very shave. What do you think? shaving or continue growing, struggling with weight loss?

I think they look great with a shaved head:)
