How to measure and determine the shape of your face

When you get big hair, you do not have to look beyond their own mirror. The face shape determines the best and the hairstyle that suits you. Each and everyone of us has different ways and it is important to understand that style may be mistaken for a particular form. The final judges facing designers of professional hair shape, but if you want to try it yourself follow the instructions.

There are many ways of measuring and determining the shape of your face. Procedures include: outline of the face with a lipstick (draped with a towel) in the mirror and others guess how far your face with a tape measure or ruler and, finally, to walk in a salon in the state of the art software for accuracy and convenience.

To determine the form your face, you need a tape measure or a ruler, a pencil and a piece of paper to write your measurements. You are now ready for the next steps:

  1. First, choose a place with good lighting and bathroom. Stand in front of the mirror and start measure.
  2. Measure your face in the top of your cheekbones. The starting point is the corner of his eye, was the tape measure directly in the root of the nose and past the corner of the eye (end point). Enter a position on a sheet of paper.
  3. Then measure the jaw, as most large part of your jaw. Note the measurement.
  4. Measure your forehead. Place the end of the tape measure at the widest point on one side the front, which crosses the head at point on the other side of the forehead. In general, the widest part is located halfway between your eyebrows and hair. Note the measurement.
  5. Finally, measure the length of the face, from the middle of your scalp to his face, nose to the chin.

Guidelines for determining the shape of your face:

Oval Face – Length equal to one and a half times width. An oval face may change based on weight gain or loss and age.

Round Face – Your face is as wide as long. This may vary a little in your face is not as wide as long, but fourth-half inches.

Oblong – is more extensive. Heart – narrow jaw line, broad forehead and cheekbones.

Plaza – the forehead, chin and cheekbones are almost equal in width.

Diamond cheeks range – the forehead and jaw, you can have a chin pointed.

When discussing your face shape, simply pull your hair back with a tight ponytail revealing the structure. Look at profile of your face, the shape and size of the forehead and compare it with the cheek and chin to determine the shape.
