I need help with fashion tips for a strapless black dress?

So this Friday I go to a party on Valentine's Day / Fiesta birthday and my daughters and I decided to rock the dress / look overdressed. I'm rocking this dress: http://www.forever21.com/product.asp?catalog% Forever21% 5Fname = & type =% 5Fname dress and 5Fdressy 5fid% of GDP = 2056043286 & Page = all So my question is: should I wear my hair curly or straight (Its length black and I'm Italian)? Should I use some kind of leggings or tights not? Black patent heels dangle earrings? or metal earrings silver heels silver? Thank you for all the help fashionistas:) Thanks for all the great ideas! PS and said the dress at $ 25 landing get your life in this story my wardrobe is a life partner:)

Here is what I think, patent heels and dark black stockings (you know you can obtain these so-called "black" you're awesome!) with earrings earrings. I curl my hair. With much of the upper half the program is not necessary to show their legs, stockings and black patent leather shoes look very glamorous =) I can only say that the site was directly my favorites = D
