There are many types of Hair Extensions on the market, but two main types of application methods: Individual Strands and Wefts. Most people choose to use them to lengthen or thicken their existing hair, nevertheless using them for non permanent highlights and lowlights is also becoming increasingly popular.

But beware girls there are some drawbacks. Once you make the decision to have extensions put in, you better sit down, get comfortable and don’t make any plans! It can take anywhere from 45 minutes to 4 hours to have extensions put in, depending on your style. Also, the cost is on the higher end, so extensions usually aren’t a spur of the moment purchase.

I can make them for the i-tip/link fusion method or the adhesive fusion methodso they can be reused mutliple times or I can make skin wefts for bonding in. I can also rebond old hair. for the strand/fusion method I charge 35 cents a bond & can sell the links at 10 cents a link. you cant get more custom or cheaper.
There are several types of modacylic fibers, two of the most popular used in synthetic hair are Kanekalon and Toyokalon. Kanekalon hair looks more realistic in regards to color and texture but it tends to tangle and mat very easily. Toyokalon hair, on the other hand, is a softer synthetic hair that does not tangle as much as Kanekalon, but the hair color and texture does not look as natural.
Bonding is a method that is used for temporary extensions when you want to add length or volume for a few days or for a special occasion. This method works well for creating an up-do on someone with short or medium length hair. Your new hair is on a weft (hand knotted on length of mesh fabric). Sections of the weft are attached in a row directly to your hair with special hair glue. This allows the hair to lay very flat on the head.
